Shipping
We ship throughout the U.S., including to Alaska and Hawaii using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Books are available for international shipping via Amazon.
Shipping & Delivery time. We appreciate your understanding as books must be printed and shipped to us before they can be signed and shipped to you. Books on hand will be shipped within 2 weeks. Books not on hand will be shipped within 6 – 8 weeks unless otherwise noted during checkout. Once shipped, you will receive all tracking information. Once picked up and scanned in, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on location. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories may take longer.
Note: Once a package is shipped, title and the risk of loss pass to you. Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages because we are a small, growing business.

If you receive a damaged order, contact me at authorkrystlebarrington@gmail.com and, or chasingbutterfliespub@gmail.com with the tracking number, pictures, a detailed description of the issue, etc.
My goal is to ensure you receive your books without issue but things do happen. I’m happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Requests for replacements must be received within five business days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required on all replacements (e.g., your order number, order confirmation email, etc.).
